If you will be attending the ceremony that begins at 5:00 pm, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to get settled before the proceedings. If you will be arriving after the ceremony please feel free to arrive at any time

All 3 events will take place outdoors. HR Ranch does have an indoor lounge area but we encourage our wedding guests to celebrate the reception with everyone outdoors

Terrell, Tx weather in December is typically in the 50’s - 60’s so please layer accordingly. There will be outdoor heaters at the venue.

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00, Cocktail Hour will begin at around 6:00 and Reception will begin at 7:00. Dinner will proceed during reception

Yes we have, room blocks are being held at TRU By Hilton. Single King bed rate is $109 and Double Queen bed rate is $114. Additional information is in the travel section on this site.

Transportation is being offered to our guests staying at TRU By Hilton. We will have a pickup at 4:00 pm that will drive you to the venue and will have a drop off back to the hotel after the reception. We will also have one pickup at the hotel for guests arriving after the ceremony

For guests who choose to drive to HR Ranch, yes, they do have parking available at the venue.

Yes. Children are allowed to the wedding to share our special day, we just ask that they please be seated during the ceremony part of our wedding

Our Cocktail Hour will feature a full grazing table by Nayeli Charcuterie for guests to enjoy through out the evening. Dinner to follow during reception

HR Ranch is a liquor licensed venue and full bar will be in place. We will be covering an up front portion of drink costs for our guests until that limit runs out. After that, cash and credit cards are accepted at the venue.

We kindly ask that no pictures or videos be taken during the marriage ceremony part of the wedding. We have a videographer that will be capturing the entire day and this footage will be shared with our wedding guests. After the marriage ceremony please feel free to take all of the photos and videos you’d like. We have provided our wedding QR codes at every table for you to share your memories of our day with us
